KOZYN cottages compose club village located in the suburb of Kyiv city.
The site is mostly populated by pine trees and has a 100m long beach. Each cottage has two floors, spacious terrace, garage for two cars and own fenced territory that is perfect for grilling or enjoying the nature. Cottage is a synergy of wood and stone bricks, sharp Scandinavian roofs and huge windows to bring more daylight into the space.
Spacious kitchen forms one place with the living room overlooking the outdoor terrace. Storage place and toilet are also located there. For business people who are enjoying long weekend there, we dedicated a working space, that is nicely isolated from other areas.
Second floor is filled with Scandinavian coziness. Huge roof terrace connects two bedrooms with a private bathrooms. This is a place to watch the stars before going to bed.
KOZYN cottages are located at the closed territory with three main entrances. The territory inside has a driveway ring that gives the possibility driving around the whole territory. This ring divides also the housing territory and public area around the stadium. Each cottage has its own driveway from the ring road including private garages. each of the cottage blocks has a shared backyard.
